The breakfast had a nice selection of cheese and bread, all neatly presented, which was a great way to start our day, and the hotel was conveniently located near the central station.

The room we booked was a nice size and huge with a good-sized bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a variety to choose from including croissants and many organic products, all neatly presented.- Exceptional service with helpful 

This place provides a variety of services including a fantastic bar, free Wi-Fi, and a shuttle to the opera, situated in a wonderful location.

The location here is convenient, the shuttle service is helpful, the staff is always polite, the room is spacious, recently renovated.

This place is clean with helpful staff at the front desk, the room is new, tidy, and has a comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Spent 2 nights here with my children, had a peaceful stay overall. The restaurant here was GOOD for dinner, I both ordered delicious dishes.- The location was decent and quiet, the staff was attentive.- Plus it was 

The room was extremely pleasant and lovely, with a nice view from the balcony, and useful amenities like a safe, mini-bar, and central heating.

The location in a residential area was peaceful and convenient with shopping centers and fairgrounds nearby. It was only about 10 km away from the airport. - I had a great dining experience at the on-site restaurant. - the hotel overlooked a lovely 

The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and excellent. The room was extremely pleasant with a really big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.- The location was good and absolutely perfect, with a shuttle to the opera nearby.- 

The location was marvellous and decent, at a short distance from Verona Fairgrounds. The restaurant was good for dinner, I tried amazing dishes. Regarding service, it was friendly with a shuttle to the opera.  

Convenient location near city center, with bus stop right outside. Good breakfast variety, including gluten-free options. Free parking available in front of hotel or in garage. Comfortable rooms, especially the bathroom. Available 24/7 reception and luggage storage.

Still, it's a long way from the center, price-quality ratio is quite acceptable.

Although the hotel is on the outskirts of Verona, it has a bus stop right in front that drops you off in the centre in less than 15 minutes.

Supposedly, hotel offers restaurant service from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm every day of the week. We saw the restaurant's menu in the room and decided one day to go down to dinner after arriving tired of being around the city all day. We went down around 9:30 pm, one hour before the restaurant was supposed to close. Our surprise was to see that they were closing and refused to give us dinner arguing that they had been open for two hours and no one had come down to eat... apparently, my wife and I are no one. We had to go out to dinner outside the hotel. Luckily, there is an Argentine restaurant nearby where you can eat very well and treatment is exquisite. It must be normal in Italy that hotels do not respect their own restaurant hours, because we had already been to another hotel in Florence. We are not very serious or professional in this respect.
